XOver (XOverErrorScaling) — Errors are scaled by the field magnitude, except near zero-crossings.

Description

XOverErrorScaling scales the error estimate for each Field component $\phi$ at each Node by

|\phi|+\Delta t\left|\frac{d\phi}{dt}\right|

(6.166)

and then returns the maximum value. It's supposed to act like RelativeErrorScaling, except near zero crossings, when it's like GlobalErrorScaling.
