Select all elements inside a user-specified circle and add them to the current selection.

circle arguments

All arguments are in physical units (i.e. the same as width and height).
x
The x-coordinate of the circle's center. Default: 0.
y
The y-coordinate of circle's center. Default: 0.
radius
The circle's radius. Default: 0.
