Yen (YenThreshold) — Use Yen's method to compute the threshold value.

Synopsis

YenThreshold(nbins)

Details

  • Base class: ThresholdMethod

  • Parameters:

    nbins
    Number of histogram bins. Type: Integer.

Description

This thresholding method uses Yen's algorithm. It is a wrapper around skimage.filters.threshold_yen from scikit-image.

The Image is first converted from color to grayscale if necessary.
