Otsu (OtsuThreshold) — Choose a threshold T such that the average of the means of the intensities below and above T equals T.
Synopsis
OtsuThreshold()
Description
This thresholding method uses Otsu's method. It is a wrapper around
skimage.filters.threshold_otsu
from scikit-image. The threshold is chosen so that the average of the
means of the pixel intensities above and below the threshold is
equal to the threshold.
The Image is first converted from color to grayscale if
necessary.
