Manual (ManualThreshold) — Make all pixels brighter than the given value white, and the rest black.

Parameters:
value- Threshold value. Type: A real number in the range [0, 1].
Description
Manual thresholding converts all pixels brighter than
value to white and all pixels darker than
value to black. value is a
floating point number between 0 (black) and 1 (white).
The Image is first converted from color to grayscale if
necessary.
