Isodata (IsoDataThreshold) — Automatically select a threshold via the Ridler-Calvert method.
Synopsis
IsoDataThreshold()
Description
This thresholding method uses the Ridler-Calvard method. It is a
wrapper around the skimage.filters.threshold_isodata
from scikit-image.
The Image is first converted from color to grayscale if
necessary.
