Bitmap (BitmapDisplayMethod) — Display an Image as a bitmap.
Synopsis
BitmapDisplayMethod()
Description
The BitmapDisplayMethod display method simply
draws an Image on the screen. The lower left corner of the image
is at position (0,0). The size of the image is determined by the
size of the Microstructure to which it belongs.
