/groups
This menu allows the user to manage node and element groups. Many
operations in OOF act upon groups of nodes or elements, or upon the
currently selected nodes or elements. For example, you can query
the average stress in a group of elements, or apply a distortion to a
group of nodes. One way of making a selection is to select a
predefined group. One way of defining a group is to give a name to
the current selection.
