Synopsis
The weighting factor 
for the mesh energy function. Setting
this term to 0 will tend to
generate a mesh of equilateral triangles that are probably
going to be heterogeneous. Setting this term to
1 will give homogeneous elements
that are likely to be long and skinny or short and fat.
Setting it to anything outside the range 0-1 is a bad
idea.
