Dear OOF Users -- A new version of OOF3D, 3.1.2, is now avaiable on the OOF3D website, http://www.ctcms.nist.gov/oof/oof3d This version fixes a number of problems: Creating a large Skeleton is faster. Voxel categories were being recomputed too often. Saving a large Mesh in abaqus format is now much faster. A race condition that could cause errors if a Mesh was created while its Skeleton was still computing its homogeneity was fixed. If a Microstructure had a large aspect ratio, the arrows on the coordinate axes weren't drawn correctly and a warning message was generated. Please report bugs to oof_bugs@nist.gov and send other comments to oof_manager@nist.gov. We especially like to hear about how you're using OOF2 and OOF3D now and how you'd like to use it in the future. Sincerely, Steve Langer Andrew Reid Gunay Dogan
