Version 2.0.5a6 of the OOF program for microstructure modeling is now
available at 

     http://www.ctcms.nist.gov/oof/oof2/

This version fixes a few memory leaks and other bugs.  It also works
around an installation problem on Macintoshes caused by recent
modifications to the fink package management system.  As before, this
version is only called an "alpha" release because it includes some
incomplete or untested new features, particularly interface
properties.  Upgrading to 2.0.5a6 is especially recommended for OOF2
users having trouble with installation on Macintoshes, or with memory
use issues.
