Dear OOF Users -- A new version of OOF2, 2.2.2, is now available on the OOF2 website, http://www.ctcms.nist.gov/oof/oof2 This version uses an updated graphics library for the user interface, and contains a large number of other improvements. See https://www.ctcms.nist.gov/oof/oof2/changes.html for the details. In particular, the new graphics means that the prerequisites have changed, so please read the installation instructions! For the first time, OOF2 can now be installed with a package manager. Mac users who use MacPorts can install oof2 and all its prerequisites by typing sudo port install oof2 We hope to be able to support package managers for other systems in the future. Please let us know if you encounter any problems. Report bugs to oof_bugs@nist.gov and send other comments to oof_manager@nist.gov. We especially like to hear about how you're using OOF2 and OOF3D now and how you'd like to use it in the future. Sincerely, The OOF developers Steve Langer Andrew Reid Günay Doğan Shahriyar Keshavarz
