Dear OOF Users --

A new version of OOF2, 2.1.19, is now available on the OOF2 website,
  http://www.ctcms.nist.gov/oof/oof2

This version fixes a rare output bug and adds some new features,
including von Mises stress output and a generalized plane strain,
which sets epsilon_zz to a non-zero constant value.

Thanks to Adam Creuziger and Michael Weiss for bug reports and feature
requests.

Please let us know if you encounter any problems. Report bugs to
oof_bugs@nist.gov and send other comments to oof_manager@nist.gov.  We
especially like to hear about how you're using OOF2 and OOF3D now and
how you'd like to use it in the future.
