Thermal:Conductivity:Isotropic — Isotropic thermal conductivity.

Details

Discussion

Isotropic thermal conductivity specifies that the Heat_Flux, \(\bf
J\), depends linearly and isotropically on the gradient of the Temperature Field, \(T\):

      \[ {\bf J}_i = \kappa \frac{\partial T}{\partial x_i} \]
    (6.56)

where the conductivity \(\kappa\) is given by the parameter kappa.
