OOF2: The Manual
Name
Orientation — Orientation of the crystalline axes.
Discussion
The Orientation Property
defines how the
crystalline axes of a Material
are aligned with respect to
OOF2's lab (screen) coordinates. In the OOF2 coordinate
system, x is to the right,
y is up, and z points
out of the screen.[24]
[24] Assuming a canonical orientation of the computer screen. If you're lying in bed with your laptop dangling from your knees, adjust the coordinates accordingly.
