OOF Newsletter #13 (September 2005)

Dear Colleagues:

A new version of OOF2, 2.0 beta 6, is available at

    http://www.ctcms.nist.gov/oof/oof2.html

The principal new feature in beta 6 is that it uses the current
version of the gtk+ library (2.6 or later), instead of the outdated
version 1.2.  This should make installing OOF2 much easier, because
most Linux distributions now include gtk+2.

A number of bugs have been fixed.  Thanks to all who have provided bug
reports.

This release is a candidate for the final 2.0 release.  *Please*
report bugs and installation difficulties to oof_bugs@lurch.nist.gov.
