/bc/apply
The enslavement and emancipation of the degrees of freedom isn't done
immediately when the enslave and emancipate commands are
issued. The bc/apply command forces the immediate application
of all boundary conditions.
Normally, enslavement and emancipation only takes place just before the mesh is equilibrated, or when getting the current state of a node.3.3 Because enslaving a group can change the displacements of the nodes in the group (moving them to the average position of the group) the graphics display can be out-of-date after boundary conditions are nominally applied. The /bc/apply command can be used in this case to actually apply the boundary conditions, and therefore update the graphics.
