Plot a function along a given line in the plane. Because OOF can't (yet) create 2D graphs, these functions write data to a file,
allowing you to use your own favorite plotting package.
There are two submenus, one for uniformly spaced plot points, and one
for non-uniformly spaced points. The non-uniformly spaced points are
placed at element boundaries.
Both the uniform and nonuniform submenus contain a command for each of the Graphics Drawers (Sec. 5.1), although spaces are replaced with underscores in the command names. The arguments for the commands in the uniform submenu are listed in Sec. 3.41.1; the arguments for the nonuniform menu are listed in Sec. 3.41.2. In each submenu, all of the commands have the same arguments; they differ only in what function is plotted.
Both submenus look like this:
Menus | Functions | Variables |
Stress_XX | ||
Stress_YY | ||
Stress_ZZ | ||
Strain_XX | ||
Strain_YY | ||
Strain_ZZ | ||
